From "Breaking Bad" to Pharmacy

Pharmacy is a career dedicated to the investigation, synthesis and development of drugs, in order to improve people´s life quality.
One of the things that i like most about my career, is that a pharmacist can perform in many areas, so when i start working i can choose from a lot of places to practice my profession. I´ve always wanted to help people and i think this is a great opportunity to dedicate my life to it, i would like to work in the discovering of important new medicals and be remembered as someone who contributed to the good of the people.



Since i was in school i´ve had a lot of interest in chemistry, but i wasn´t sure if that was what i wanted to dedicate my life to, but when i watched "Breaking Bad" all changed.
Now i will talk to you about why i chose studying pharmacy, and how a TV series helped me to know what i wanted to do.
In 2014 someone told me about a series called "Breaking Bad", that was about a chemistry teacher who, overwhelmed by his economic problems and a terminal cancer he had, decides to start manufacturing and selling drugs, and he becomes an important drug dealer because of his knowledge of chemistry.

When i finished watching this series, my interest about chemistry, medicals and drugs increased a lot, and i started to see the pharmacy as a great option for my future.
Now that i´m studying this, i like what i learn more every day, and i know this is what i want to do with my life😄💊
